No. Each app is sold and supported by its own developer, on the developer’s website. AppKade does not process payments, hold money or take a share of sales. You contact the developer directly from the listing.
Yes. Each developer can have up to 5 listings free, drafts included, and 2 of them live at once: apps, AI models, datasets and source code or businesses for sale together. If optional paid features are added later, their prices will be published and developers will get at least 30 days’ notice.
Yes. The For sale section lists source code, templates and running app businesses from Sri Lankan developers. Buyers ask questions or make offers through the listing, then agree the price, payment and handover directly with the seller; AppKade is not part of the sale.
A seller whose business runs on a domain proves control of it by adding a DNS record AppKade provides. Without a domain, the seller shows reviewers other evidence, such as a company registration or an app store developer account. Checked listings show “Ownership checked by AppKade”.
Only as part of a business sale; a domain cannot be listed on its own. Moving a .lk domain to a new owner needs approval from the LK Domain Registry, which AppKade takes no part in.
