POS and billing apps for Sri Lankan shops

A point-of-sale app is often the first software a Sri Lankan shop buys. It prices items at the counter, prints or sends the bill, and keeps stock up to date. Once your products, customers and sales history are in it, changing to another one is hard, so it is worth choosing with care.

Bills from a phone, tablet or computer, works with a barcode scanner and a Bluetooth receipt printer, and keeps the customer credit book (naya potha) digitally. Plus is LKR 1,500 a month and Pro LKR 2,900, with a 14-day free Pro trial.
3. Eits Cloud POS - ERP
A web-based cloud POS with billing, inventory, loyalty and control of several branches. Listed for fabric, textile, auto parts, book and sweet shops. From LKR 2,750 a month plus a one-off Rs 15,000 installation fee, with a free trial. From a Verified developer.
4. DeepBees POS
A paid POS for the web and Windows covering billing, purchases, expenses, credit, stock, suppliers, customers and staff, with reports. The developer also offers a ready POS computer with a receipt printer and scanner, and custom versions on request. From a Verified developer.
